The app becomes accessible at the start of Chapter 4, when Shijō Yuzuki (Yuzu) encourages Hinako to install it on her smartphone and proceeds to set it up for her. The app functions as a multi-purpose interface, allowing players to engage with side content, manage various features, and access additional modes.
